This SPICY Korean Chicken Stir Fry recipe is spicy and good. I used udon noodles for more flavor and texture. The spicy stir fry is made from gojuchang pepper paste sauce. How to Make Teriyaki Chicken ~ Homemade Teriyaki Sauce https://youtu.be/aO8Oy3fps3o Asian Recipes by Tess Cooks4u https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-YIct... ***************************************** Spicy Korean Chicken Noodle Stir Fry ~ Gojuchang Noodle Stir Fry INGREDIENTS: 1 pound of cooked noodles - I used udon noodles 1 small diced onion 1 cup diced bell pepper - I used green and red 1 1/2 cups diced cabbage 3 cloves minced garlic 1 tsp. minced ginger 4 - 5 chopped green onions oil Chicken marinade: 1 pound cubed boneless chicken thighs or breasts 1 egg white 1 tbsp. light soy sauce sprinkle with white pepper 1 tbsp. cornstarch *Mix above ingredients together Sauce: 1/2 cup chicken broth 2-3 tbsp. gojuchang paste 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. honey pinch to 1/8 tsp. white pepper 1 tsp. sesame oil 1 tsp. cornstarch *Mix above ingredients together In a wok or pan on high heat, add oil and chicken. Do not stir for 15 seconds. Cook and stir for 5-7 minutes or until done. Remove from pan and set to the side. Add more oil to wok on medium high to high heat. Add onions, bell peppers, garlic and ginger. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add cabbage, cook and stir for 3-4 minutes. Add chicken and juices back into pan. Cook and stir for one minutes. Pour sauce on top and stir to combine. Add udon noodles, stir to combine. Add chopped green onions, stir to combine.
