How To Make Korean Ground Beef Rice Bowls
INGREDIENTS:
1 to 1 1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper - optional
1 cup chopped snow peas - optional
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. minced ginger
2-3 green onions in 2" pieces
sesame seeds
jasmine rice
SAUCE:
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. chili paste
*Mix above ingredients
In a skillet brown and chop ground beef until no longer pink.
Drain any excess fat.
Add minced garlic, ginger and the vegetables.
Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes.
Add sauce. Cook and stir for one minute.
Add chopped green onions. Cook and stir for another minute.
Serve with jasmine rice. Garnish with more green onions and sesame seeds.
Korean beef is also good in lettuce wraps and even in egg rolls!
