Beef vegetable soup. Used a lot of left overs. Had a can of beef consemme, French onion soup and a can stewed tomatoes. Also had chicken stock. So......I browned off some stewed beef pieces The  sautéed an onion, celery, one bag frozen mixed vegetables, garlic, s&p until tender. Added the beef consemme, French onion soup, stewed tomatoes, 4 cups chicken broth. Brought up to boil and added back in the beef. Turned down to simmer and cooked for 1 hour. Served with some rice and crackers.
