Chinese Chicken Wings Recipe ~ How To Make Spicy Sticky Chicken Wings



In this video I show you how to season the chicken wings, cook the chicken wings and make a spicy sticky Chinese sauce to take them over the top! Enjoy. #chickenwings #chinesechicken #tesscooks4u #chinesechickenwings #spicychickenwings #stickychickenwings #recipes #cooking #food Chinese Chicken Wings Recipe ~ Chinese Spicy Sticky Chicken Wings INGREDIENTS: CHICKEN MARINADE: 1 1/2 to 2 pounds chicken wings/drumettes 2 tbsp. oil 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. five spice powder 1/4 tsp. white pepper 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. sugar *Mix above ingredients and marinate for 2-8 hours. Bake at for 400 degrees Farenheit 40 minutes. Flip halfway. CHINESE SAUCE: 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup light soy sauce 2 Tbsp. honey 2 Tbsp. Shaoxing/ Chinese cooking wine 2 Tbsp. Hoison Sauce 1 Tbsp. Chili Garlic Sauce or Sambal 2 tsp. sesame oil 1 Tbsp. minced garlic 1 Tbsp. minced ginger *Bring ingredients to low simmer. Cook and stir for approx 10 minutes or until reduced and thickened. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes. Spoon Chinese sauce over cooked chicken wings. Coat thoroughly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve immediately. Creamy Garlic Mushroom Chicken ~ One Pan Chicken Recipe



This is an easy creamy and delicious one pot chicken recipe with a luscious garlic mushroom gravy. Lawry's seasoned salt 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning 1/4 tsp. white pepper olive oil *Coat both sides of chicken thighs with olive oil and seasonings In skillet on medium to medium high heat add oil to coat bottom of pan and place chicken thighs skin side down. Let cook for 4-5 minutes or until skin forms a nice golden crust. Flip over and let cook for 2 minutes. Place in a preheated 375 degree Farenheit oven for 30-40 minutes depending on size of the chicken. Internal temp should be 165. Remove from oven when done. Remove chicken from pan, cover and set to the side. 1 large finely diced onion 1 pound slice button mushrooms 1 pound slice bella mushrooms 4 large cloves minced garlic 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/2 tsp. rosemary 1/4 tsp. black pepper or to taste 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. flour 1 cup chicken broth 1-2 cups cream or half and half 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard In same skillet with about 2 tbsp. of reserved oil on medium heat add the minced onions. Cook and stir for a couple minutes. Add sliced mushrooms. Cook and stir for 4-5 minutes or until the mushrooms release their moisture and start to reduce in liquid. Add minced garlic, thyme, rosemary and black pepper. Cook and stir for a minute. Add flour and stir until absorbed. Add chicken broth and 1 cup of cream or half and half. Stir and add Dijon mustard. Stir, bring up to a simmer and cook on a low simmer for about 5-7 minutes or until it reduces a little and thickens. Right before its done add in handful of chopped fresh parsley and grated parmesan cheese. Stir and cook for a minute. Turn off heat. Add in chicken pieces and baste with mushroom gravy. Serve with noodles or rice. Enjoy. *****************************************

Do not over mix Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit In a pan on medium high heat add a little oil and chicken. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or no longer pink. Add diced onions, bell peppers and a little salt. Cook and stir for another 2 minutes. Add minced garlic and stir. Add seasonings. Stir and cook for another minute. Add tomato sauce and stir. Add salsa, green chilies, corn and black beans. Stir, bring up to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn off heat. Add a little grated cheese on top of beef mixture. Add corn muffin mix by spoonfuls on top of mixture and spread out as best as you can. Bake at 400 degrees farenheit for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with more grated cheese and chopped onions. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving. Enjoy.

Easy Baked Chicken and Rice Casserole Recipe ~ ONE PAN!

Adobo seasoning 1/4 tsp. white pepper 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. thyme 1 tsp. paprika *Mix well so chicken is coated. Marinate for a minimum of 1 hour 1 1/2 cups long grain or jasmine rice - rinsed and drained 3 cups chicken broth 1 cup diced onions 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper 4-5 cloves minced garlic 3 tbsp. melted butter 1/4 tsp. white pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/3 tsp. celery salt Place diced onions, bell peppers, minced garlic, seasonings and melted butter on bottom of baking dish. Toss well. Sprinkle rice over mixture. Top with marinated chicken. Pour broth between chicken pieces into rice. Bake covered at 375 degrees Farenheit for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake another 20-30 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Remove chicken from casserole, cover and rest. Cover rice and let rest for another 5 minutes. Fluff with spoon.

Easy One Pan Chicken Asparagus Pasta ~ Budget Friendly Family Meal

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 to 3/4 pound of cooked Penne pasta
1 pound cooked ground chicken
1 cup finely diced onion
1 cup finely diced mushrooms
1 stalk celery finely diced
1 cup or 6-8 stalks sliced asparagus - or more
4 cloves of minced garlic
3 tbsp. tomato paste
1 small can diced tomatoes and juice
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
1 tsp. Italian seasonings
salt and black pepper
2 tbsp. oil
Parmesan cheese

In a pan on medium heat add oil, onions, celery, mushrooms and pinch of salt.
Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes.
Add minced garlic, cook and stir for one minute.
Add diced tomatoes and juice, stir to combine.
Add tomato paste, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
Add chicken broth and milk.
Turn up heat to bring to simmer.
Add Italian seasonings. Cook and stir occassionally for 10-15 minutes.
Add asparagus and cooked chicken. Stir and taste for any seasonings.
Bring up to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes or until asparagus is tender.
Add cooked penne pasta. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until well combined.
Serve with grated parmesan cheese on top.

Mix thoroughly until chicken is coated. Marinate for 30 minutes. Shake off excess liquid on wings and place in seasoned cornstarch/flour mixture. Coat thoroughly and press into chicken pieces. Shake off excess. Let rest for 20-30 minutes. Bring oil to 350 degrees Farenheit. Place chicken wings into oil. Fry for 10-12 minutes depending on size of wings. Flip the wings 2-4 times during cooking so they evenly cook. Remove from oil and drain on a wire rack. Serve as is or coat with your favorite sauce. Enjoy! *****************************************

CHINESE CHICKEN AND SNOW PEA STIR FRY INGREDIENTS: 1 to 1 1/2 pounds sliced boneless chicken breast pinch of salt 1 tbsp. cooking wine 1 tbsp. cornstarch *Mix and marinate for 15-20 minutes In wok or pan on high heat add oil and chicken and spread out. Cook 15-20 seconds before stirring. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove from pan. 2 cups of snow peas 1 diced red bell pepper 1/4 diced green bell pepper 1 small can rinsed and drained sliced water chestnuts 1 cup diced yellow squash 4-6 red chilies 3-4 chopped garden onions - greens and whites separated 4 cloves minced garlic 1 tbsp. minced ginger oil Sauce: 1 cup chicken broth plus 1/2 tsp. better than chicken bouillon 2 tbsp. oyster sauce 1 tsp. dark soy sauce 1 tbsp. chinese cooking wine 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 tsp. sesame oil *Mix above ingredients well. In wok or pan on medium to med high heat add oil, minced garlic and ginger, whites of garden onions and water chestnuts. Cook and stir for one minute. Add bell peppers, cook and stir for one minute. Add snow peas, yellow squash and whole red chilies(optional). Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes or until veggies start to get tender. Don't overcook. Add cooked chicken and juices. Stir to combine. Add chopped green onions and sauce. Turn heat up to med high to high. Cook and stir for one minute and the sauce will thicken. Serve with steamed jasmine rice and enjoy.

Crock Pot Honey Garlic Chicken Dinner INGREDIENTS: 5-6 bone in chicken thighs (or what will fit in your crock pot) 4 medium diced potatoes 2 sliced carrots 1 medium diced onion 4 cloves slice garlic 1 cup sugar snap peas cornstarch slurry 2 tsp. cornstarch and a little water SAUCE: 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce 1/3 cup ketchup 1/2 cup honey 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. dried oregano 1 tsp. dried basil 1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes 1/4 teaspoon white or black pepper 1 tsp. chicken bouillon (better than bouillon) *Mix above ingredient well Place vegetables on the bottom except sugar snap peas. Add sliced garlic and toss. Place chicken on top of vegetables and pour over sauce. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 7-8 hours. Half way baste the chicken with the sauce. 20-30 minutes before end of cooking time, add the peas, cover and cook. Once done, remove the chicken and vegetables. Turn crock pot on high and add cornstarch slurry, cover and cook for 15 minutes. Enjoy.

Cook and stir for 20-30 seconds and then add ground chicken. Cook, chop and stir for about 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove from pan. In same pan on medium heat add 2 tbsp. of chiken fat, 1 tsp. minced garlic and chili garlic sauce. Cook and stir for about 30 seconds and then add chopped onions. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Add in carrots, celery and bell peppers. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Add chopped cabbage, cook and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add diced yellow squash, cook and stir for 1 minute. Add seasonings: cooking wine, sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce. Cook and stir until combined. Add cooked chicken back into pan. Cook and stir for another minute. Taste for any seasonings. Cast Iron Oven Baked Lemon Garlic Chicken Thighs INGREDIENTS: 6-8 bone in chicken thighs 2 sliced lemons 4 sliced garlic cloves 1 sliced onion sprigs of thyme sprig of rosemary McCormicks chicken and fish seasoning oil oven proof skillet / pan Clean and dry chicken pieces. Season both sides. On medium high heat add oil and chicken skin side down into pan. Brown on each side for 3-5 minutes. Remove from pan and turn off heat. Add onion slices, sliced garlic, lemon slices and herb sprigs to bottom of pan. Place chicken and juices on top. Bake 400 degree Farenheit oven for 30-40 minutes depending on size. How To Make Teriyaki Chicken Meatballs INGREDIENTS: Teriyaki Sauce: 1/3 cup water 1/3 cup soy sauce 2 tbsp. rice vinegar 1 tbsp. mirin 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1-2 tbsp. honey 1 clove minced garlic 1 tsp. grated ginger 1/4 tsp. sesame oil slurry - 1 tbsp. cornstarch and 2 tbsp. water Add all ingredients except slurry into sauce pan. Turn heat up to bring to a simmer. Simmer for 3 minutes. Add slurry and sauce will thicken. Add Asian chicken meatballs. Cook and stir until all meatballs are heated through and coated with Teriyaki sauce. Serve and enjoy. Thanksgiving Chicken Recipe ~ Baked Roast Whole Chicken Step by Step INGREDIENTS: 6-8 pound whole chicken onions celery carrots lemon garlic cloves rosemary sage thyme parsley chicken broth Seasoning: 1/2 stick butter - room temperature 1 tbsp. olive oil 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning 1/4 tsp. savory 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. white pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. thyme 1 tsp. parsley *Mix above ingredients well. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Farenheit. Place vegetables and herbs on bottom of baking pan and reserve some onions, lemon, garlic and herbs for the cavity. Season chicken cavity with salt and pepper and stuff. Rub 1/3 of seasoned butter under chicken breast and leg areas. Rub remaining butter on the outside of the chicken. Tuck wings under the chicken and tie legs with cooking twine. Place whole chicken on top of vegetables/herbs in baking dish. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours (depends on size of chicken) or until internal temp is 165-170 degrees/juices run clear. Remove from pan, tent with foil and let rest for 15-20 minutes before cutting. Shao Hsing cooking wine 1 tsp. light soy sauce 1 tsp. sesame oil pinch of salt 1/8 tsp. white pepper 1 tsp. sugar slurry - 1 tbsp. cornstarch and 2 tbsp. water 1 small diced onion 2 small diced carrots 2 diced stalks of celery about dozen broccoli florets 1 cup diced yellow squash 2 chopped garden onions INGREDIENTS: 1 large boneless chicken breast cut into thin slices 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 egg white pinch of salt *Mix above ingredients and let set for 10 minutes. Bring pot of water up to almost a boil. Add chicken pieces. They will fall to bottom. Gently stir occassionally. Will take 1-3 minutes to cook depending on size. Chicken will float to top when done. Add chicken broth to pot and bring up to a simmer. Add garlic and ginger and stir. Add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt if needed, white pepper and sugar. Stir and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add onions, carrots and celery. Cook for 5 minutes or until onions translucent. Add broccoli and cook for a minute. Add yellow squash and cook for a minute. Add any additional broth if wanted or needed. Add chicken into pot, sesame oil and slurry a little at a time until sauce thickned to the consistancy that you like. Cook and stir until combined and sauce thickened. Add chopped green onions and stir one more time. Serve and enjoy.

Spicy Chinese Ground Chicken Harvest Stir Fry Recipe

Spicy Chinese Ground Chicken Harvest Stir Fry Recipe INGREDIENTS: 1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground chicken 1 cup diced onion 1 cup diced yellow squash 1 cup diced green squash 1 cup diced snow peas 1 finely diced carrot 1 tbsp. minced garlic 1 tbsp. minced ginger oil SAUCE: 1/2 cup water 3 tbsp. Hoison sauce 1 tsp. dark soy sauce 3 tbsp. ketchup 3 tbsp. sweet chili sauce 1 tbsp. rice vinegar 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. sesame oil 1 tsp. cornstarch *Mix above ingredients In a skillet on medium heat add oil, minced garlic and ginger. Cook and stir for 30 seconds and then add ground chicken. Cook, chop and stir until no longer pink. Add diced onions and carrots. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add diced squash and snow peas. Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes or until squash is tender. Pour over sauce. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes. Serve with steamed jasmine rice and garnish with chopped garden onions. Enjoy.

Southern Fried Chicken Livers with Onions & Bell Peppers Recipe INGREDIENTS 1 pound of cleaned chicken livers - membrane removed, rinsed and drained 2 cups sliced onions 1 - 1 1/2 cups sliced bell peppers 1/2 cup diced tomatoes 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce salt and black pepper oil SEASONED FLOUR: 1 cup flour 1 tbsp. Lawry's seasoning 1/8 tsp. white pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. onion powder *Mix above ingredients. Dredge chicken livers and coat well. In a skillet on medium to med high heat add about 1/4 cup oil. Place in chicken livers and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side depending on thickness. Remove and set to the side. In same skillet on medium heat, leave about 3 tbsp. of oil on bottom. Add onions, bell peppers and salt. Cook and stir for 4-5 minutes or until tender. Leave a little crunch. Add tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce. Cook and stir another couple minutes or until the tomatoes break down. Add cooked chicken livers and stir. Serve with rice or potatoes. Enjoy.

Buffalo Chicken Pizza ~ $5 Aldi Pizza Makeover Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 chicken breast - split into 2 filets
Marinate in 1/2 cup buttermilk and your favorite hot sauce - enough
to cover the chicken.
*Marinate chicken for 4-8 hours
Grill till done, let rest and then cut into strips.
Pour hot sauce over chicken strips and gently toss until coated.

One 16" Aldi cheese pizza
finely sliced onions
finely sliced bell peppers
finely sliced celery
grated mozzarella cheese
crumbled blue cheese
ranch dressing
hot sauce  - your favorite
garlic powder

Bake at 425 degree Farenheit for 13-15 minutes.
Enjoy.

How To Make Filipino Adobo Chicken

INGREDIENTS:
4-6 bone in chicken pieces - legs or thighs
1/2 cup sliced onion
3-4 bay leaves
chopped cilantro or green onions for garnish
oil

SAUCE:
1/2 cup light soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 to 1/2 cup water
Approx 12-15 whole peppercorns
8 large cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp. brown sugar
*Mix above ingredients

In a skillet on medium high heat add 3-4 tbsp. oil and place
salt seasoned chicken thighs skin down. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until  nice brown crust forms. Flip over and cook another 3 minutes.

Keep 3-4 tbsp. oil in pan. Add diced onions and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour over sauce and bring up to a simmer.
Add bay leaves.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Baste chicken with sauce for 1-2 minutes.

Serve with steamed broccoli and rice.
Enjoy.
