Chinese Chicken Wings Recipe ~ How To Make Spicy Sticky Chicken Wings

Enjoy. #chickenwings #chinesechicken #tesscooks4u #chinesechickenwings #spicychickenwings #stickychickenwings #recipes #cooking #food Chinese Chicken Wings Recipe ~ Chinese Spicy Sticky Chicken Wings INGREDIENTS: CHICKEN MARINADE: 1 1/2 to 2 pounds chicken wings/drumettes 2 tbsp. oil 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. five spice powder 1/4 tsp. white pepper 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. sugar *Mix above ingredients and marinate for 2-8 hours. Bake at for 400 degrees Farenheit 40 minutes. Flip halfway. CHINESE SAUCE: 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup light soy sauce 2 Tbsp. honey 2 Tbsp. Shaoxing/ Chinese cooking wine 2 Tbsp. Hoison Sauce 1 Tbsp. Chili Garlic Sauce or Sambal 2 tsp. sesame oil 1 Tbsp. minced garlic 1 Tbsp. minced ginger *Bring ingredients to low simmer. Cook and stir for approx 10 minutes or until reduced and thickened. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes. Spoon Chinese sauce over cooked chicken wings. Coat thoroughly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve immediately. This is an easy creamy and delicious one pot chicken recipe with a luscious garlic mushroom gravy. Lawry's seasoned salt 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning 1/4 tsp. white pepper olive oil *Coat both sides of chicken thighs with olive oil and seasonings In skillet on medium to medium high heat add oil to coat bottom of pan and place chicken thighs skin side down. Let cook for 4-5 minutes or until skin forms a nice golden crust. Flip over and let cook for 2 minutes. Place in a preheated 375 degree Farenheit oven for 30-40 minutes depending on size of the chicken. Internal temp should be 165. Remove from oven when done. Remove chicken from pan, cover and set to the side. 1 large finely diced onion 1 pound slice button mushrooms 1 pound slice bella mushrooms 4 large cloves minced garlic 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/2 tsp. rosemary 1/4 tsp. black pepper or to taste 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. flour 1 cup chicken broth 1-2 cups cream or half and half 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard In same skillet with about 2 tbsp. of reserved oil on medium heat add the minced onions. Cook and stir for a couple minutes. Add sliced mushrooms. Cook and stir for 4-5 minutes or until the mushrooms release their moisture and start to reduce in liquid. Add minced garlic, thyme, rosemary and black pepper. Cook and stir for a minute. Add flour and stir until absorbed. Add chicken broth and 1 cup of cream or half and half. Stir and add Dijon mustard. Stir, bring up to a simmer and cook on a low simmer for about 5-7 minutes or until it reduces a little and thickens. Right before its done add in handful of chopped fresh parsley and grated parmesan cheese. Stir and cook for a minute. Turn off heat. Add in chicken pieces and baste with mushroom gravy. Serve with noodles or rice. Enjoy. *****************************************

Worcestershire sauce salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. dried parsley *Mix above ingredients in bowl and form patties Other ingredients: 3 cups beef broth 3 tbsp. butter 4 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. minced garlic 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 large diced onion 1 pd. sliced mushrooms In a skillet on med high heat brown patties about 2 minutes on each side or until a crust forms. Remove patties from pan. Add diced onions and mushrooms. Cook and stir for 5-7 minutes or until the mushrooms release their moisture. Add minced garlic and stir for a minute. Add butter and melt. Add flour, cook and stir for 1 minute. Slowly add beef broth and stir. Add Worcestershire sauce. Bring up to a simmer. Add patties back into pan. Partially cover and cook on low simmer for 40-45 minutes occasionally basting the steaks and flip half way. *****************************************

Spicy Thai Vegetable Panang Curry Recipe INGREDIENTS: 1 cup diced onions 2 stalks diced celery 2 large diced carrots 1/2 cup diced bell peppers 2 cups quartered zucchini 1 can rinsed and drained sliced water chestnuts 1 can Thai panang curry paste 1 1/2 cups water or vegetable stock 1 can coconut milk 1-2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter 1 tbsp. minced garlic 1 tbsp. fish sauce , soy sauce or liquid aminos 2 tbsp. sugar juice 1/2 of lime 1/2 cup fresh thai basil jasmine rice oil In a pot add about a tbsp. of oil and Panang curry paste (add to your taste). Cook and stir for one minutes. Add minced garlic, cook and stir for 30 seconds. Add onions, carrots and celery. Cook and stir for a couple minutes and until all vegetables are coated with the curry. Add bell peppers, cook and stir for one minute. Turn heat up to med/high to high and add water and coconut milk. Stir. Add fish sauce, sugar and peanut butter. Stir and simmer for 3 minutes. Add water chestnuts and zucchini. Stir and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until zucchini and other veggies are tender. At end of cooking add lime juice and fresh thai basil. Stir to incorporate. Serve with steamed jasmine rice. Enjoy.

How To Make Teriyaki Chicken Meatballs INGREDIENTS: Teriyaki Sauce: 1/3 cup water 1/3 cup soy sauce 2 tbsp. rice vinegar 1 tbsp. mirin 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1-2 tbsp. honey 1 clove minced garlic 1 tsp. grated ginger 1/4 tsp. sesame oil slurry - 1 tbsp. cornstarch and 2 tbsp. water Add all ingredients except slurry into sauce pan. Turn heat up to bring to a simmer. Simmer for 3 minutes. Add slurry and sauce will thicken. Add Asian chicken meatballs. Cook and stir until all meatballs are heated through and coated with Teriyaki sauce. Serve and enjoy. Asian Chinese Chicken Meatballs INGREDIENTS: 1 pound ground chicken 1 large egg white 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. cooking wine 1-2 chopped green onions 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. white pepper 1 clove minced garlic 1 tsp. minced ginger 1/2 tbsp. sesame oil *Put above ingredients in a food processor and pulse/process for a minute to get the ingredients fully incorporated. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours or overnight. Form into meatballs..I make about a quarter size. Put on lined baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees Farenheit for 15-20 minutes depending on the size of the meatballs. Enjoy.

***************************************** How To Make HOMEMADE BEEF GRAVY from Scratch Recipe INGREDIENTS: 2 -3 tbsp. beef fat or butter 4 tbsp. flour 2 to 2 1/2 cups beef broth salt and pepper 1/2 tsp. or more of Kitchen Bouquet In a sauce pan on medium heat add fat/butter and melt. Graduall add flour stirring in between. Once flour all added, cook and stir for one minute. Gradually add beef broth, stirring and bringing up to a simmer in between. Add seasonings/Kitchen Bouquet. Cook on low simmer for 5-10 minutes. You can add more broth to thin out if needed. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy.

pinch of salt and white pepper

1 pound broccoli florets - blanched for a couple minutes and placed

Chinese SPICY Chili Beef Stir Fry
INGREDIENTS:
1 to 1 1/2 pounds thinly sliced beef - I used a London Broil cut
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 egg white
2-3 tbsp. cornstarch
*Mix above ingredients and let marinate for 30 minutes
*Velveting technique:
Bring pot of water to light boil. Cook beef in two batches as to
not to overcrowd the pan.
Place beef in water and then give a gentle single stir so nothing sticks.
Let beef cook for 1-2 minutes and the beef will start to float to the top
when done. Remove from water and set to the side.
1 cup diced onions
1 large diced carrot
2 diced celery stalks
1/2 diced green bell pepper
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. minced ginger
oil
chopped green onions for garnish
SPICY SAUCE:
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp. ShaoXing cooking wine or rice vinegar
1 tsp. dark mushroom flavor soy sauce
4 tbsp. Hoison sauce
3 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
*Mix above ingredients well and set to the side
In a wok or pan on medium heat add oil, minced garlic and ginger.
Cook and stir for 30 seconds.
Add vegetables, cook and stir for 5-8 minutes or until veggies are tender.
Pour over sauce, turn up heat to med high to bring to simmer.
Bring to simmer and cook for one minute.
Add cooked beef, stir to combine and serve.
Enjoy.

This is a fantastic version of Chinese lo mein stir fry...this is Chinese BBQ lo mein. I made a delicious Chinese BBQ sauce and combined with vegetables and Chinese lo mein noodles. Turned out great and wanted to share. I will definitely be making this one again.

How To Make BBQ Chinese Lo Mein
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound of cooked lo mein noodles - cook to instructions
*Rinse with cold water and drain
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. minced ginger
1 med. sliced onion
2 stalks julienne celery
1 julienne carrot
1/2 cup bamboo shoots
2 cups sliced cabbage
oil
Chinese BBQ sauce:
1/2 cup plum sauce
1 tbsp. hoison sauce
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tsp. mushroom flavor dark soy sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. five spice powder
*Mix above ingredients well
In a deep skillet or wok on medium heat add oil and minced garlic and ginger.
Cook and stir for about 30 seconds and add vegetables.
Turn heat up to medium high, cook and stir for 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Add lo mein noodles and pour sauce over top.
Cook and stir to combine.
Enjoy.

How To Make Easy Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken with Homemade BBQ Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
3 - 4 pounds bone in chicken thighs
Chicken marinade:
1 tbsp. of your favorite chicken seasoning like Lawrys or Adobo
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper - optional
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
juice of half of lemon
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
*Mix above ingredients well.
Coat all chicken pieces thoroughly with marinade.
Cover and refrigerate for 4-8 hours - overnight is better.
Homemade BBQ Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
1 tbsp. tomato paste
2 tsp. mustard
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. molasses
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. honey
1/4 cup water
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. chili powder
pinch red pepper flakes
*Mix above ingredients in medium saucepan.
Bring to simmer and cook for 1 hour stirring frequently.
Place marinated chicken in the slow cooker, cover and cook on high
for 3-4 hours or on the low setting for 7-8 hours.
Remove chicken, drain juices, place chicken back in slow cooker and
pour BBQ sauce over each piece of chicken.
Cover and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
Enjoy.

Leftover Rotisseri Chicken Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups pasta - I used Fusilli Corti Bucati
2-3 cups cubed cooked chicken
3 cups water/broth
2 cups milk
1 can Rotelle - diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 cup cheddar cheese or pepper jack cheese
1 diced onion
1 diced green bell pepper
1/2 diced red bell pepper
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. oregano
salt and black pepper
olive oil
In a skillet on medium heat add oil, onions, bell peppers, salt and black pepper.
Cook and stir for a couple minutes.
Add minced garlic, cook and stir for another minute.
Add spices, cook and stir for about 30 seconds..be carefule not to burn.
Add diced tomatoes with green chilies and stir.
Add chicken broth and milk. Turn up heat to bring to simmer.
Add pasta and stir to combine. Bring up to simmer, cover and cook for about 15 minutes or until pasta is al dente. Stir about half way through.
Add cooked chicken and grated cheese. Cook and stir until cheese is melted and chicken is heated through.
Enjoy.

How To Make The Best Chinese Moo Goo Gai Pan
INGREDIENTS:
1 large boneless chicken breast cut into thin slices
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 egg white
pinch of salt
*Mix above ingredients and let set for 10 minutes.
Bring pot of water up to almost a boil. Add chicken pieces.
They will fall to bottom. Gently stir occassionally.
Will take 1-3 minutes to cook depending on size. Chicken will float to top
when done.
1 can sliced water chestnuts - rinsed and drained
1 to 1 1/2 cups snow peas
1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
1 small package of sliced mushrooms
whites of 2 garden onions
1 tbsp. minced garlic
oil
Sauce:
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp. Shao Hsing cooking wine
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sesame oil
pinch white pepper
*Mix above ingredients
In a wok or skillet on medium high heat add oil, whites of a garden onion
and minced garlic.
Cook and stir for 15-20 seconds.
Add carrots, mushrooms and water chestnuts.
Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes.
Add snow peas. Cook and stir for 1-2 more minutes.
Add chicken into pan and stir to combine.
Stir sauce and pour over top.
Bring up to simmer and cook for 15-30 seconds while stirring.
Serve and enjoy.

Spicy Chinese Chicken & Zucchini Stir Fry Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound cubed boneless chicken breast
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg white
3-4 tbsp. cornstarch
*Mix above ingredients well
Fry chicken in batches for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Drain on paper towel.
SAUCE:
3/4 cup water or broth
2 tbsp. light soy sauce
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
2 tbsp. garlic chili sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
*Mix above ingredients well
2 sliced carrots
2 sliced celery stalks
4 green onions - whites and greens separated
1 small zucchini or about 2 cups diced
4-5 cloves sliced garlic
oil
In a wok or deep skillet on medium high heat add oil, garlic, carrots, celery and the whites of the garden onions.
Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Add zucchini, cook and stir another 2 minutes.
Add sauce and bring up to a boil and cook for 30 seconds.
Add cooked chicken into wok, stir to get chicken thoroughly coated and its ready!
Serving with steamed jasmine rice. Enjoy.

Poultry Recipes by Tess Cooks4u https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-YIct... ***************************************** One Pan Huli Huli Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Dinner INGREDIENTS: 1 pound cubed boneless chicken thighs or breasts 1 cup diced onions 1/2 diced green bell pepper 1/2 diced red bell pepper 1 1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple 1 tbsp. minced garlic 2 tsp. minced ginger Sauce: 1 cup pineapple puree/juice 1/2 cup ketchup 1/2 cup light soy sauce 1/2 cup light brown sugar or honey 2 tbsp. apple cider viengar *Mix above ingredients together In a skillet on medium high heat add oil and chicken. Cook for 5-8 minutes or until chicken in done and then remove from the pan. In the same pan on medium heat add onions and bell peppers. Cook and stir for a minute or two and then add fresh pineapple Stir to combine. Add minced garlic and ginger. Cook and stir for about 30 seconds and then add sauce. Stir to combine and scrape all tidbits off of bottom of pan. Bring up to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes or until veggies are tender. Add chicken and juices back into pan. Cook and do not move for 6-8 minutes. Flip the chicken over and skin should be golden brown and crispy. Turn heat down to medium and cook underside of chicken for 5 minutes. Cover and cook an additional 5 minutes. Flip chicken over to skin side down, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Flip chicken over to skin side up, cover and cook for another 5-10 minutes or until done. Internal temperature of chicken should be 165 degrees F. Stack chicken to one side and add/drain to make 1/4 cup of fat. Add minced garlic and stir for 15-20 seconds. Add chicken broth, vinegar, soy sauce and honey. Turn heat up to bring up to simmer. Stir and scrape tidbits off bottom of pan. Rearrange chicken and spoon sauce over chicken until the sauce has reduced and thickend. This will take about 2-3 minutes. Serve chicken and spoon a little of the sauce/glaze over top.
