This is a Chinese Vegetarian Lo Mein stir fry using spaghetti noodles. In this lo mein stir fry I used spaghetti instead of lo mein noodles and also used a vegetarian oyster sauce to keep the classic lo mein flavor. Chinese Vegetarian Spaghetti Stir Fry Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 pound cooked spaghetti
6 garden onions - whites and greens separated - jullienne
1/2 cup celery
1 cup bell peppers
2 cups fresh bean sprouts
2-3 red chili peppers - optional
3-4 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp. dark mushroom soy sauce or sub with Braggs liquid Aminos (will not be same flavor)
1-2 tbsp. vegetarian oyster sauce
oil - I'm using avocado oil - choose a healthy high temp oil
In a wok or deep skillet add oil, whites of garden onions, minced garlic, celery, and bell peppers. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes.
Add bean sprouts. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes.
Add cooked spaghetti, greens of garden onions, mushroom dark soy sauce, and vegetarian oyster sauce. Cook and stir for one minute until combined and spaghetti heated through.
Serve and enjoy.

In a medium high heat pan add oil, minced garlic and ginger. Stir and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add in onions. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add Kimchi, stir and cook for 1-2 minutes. Make well in middle and add gochujang. Stir and cook gochujang for 30 seconds and then incorporate with onions and kimchi. Add soy sauce and water. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add in cooked noodles, combine and cook for 1-2 minutes just to heat noodles. Garnish with chopped green onions, sesame seeds and fried egg. Korean Black Bean Noodles ~ Jjajangmyeon Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

1 cup cubed zucchini
1 cup diced onions
1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. minced ginger
1/4 cup black bean paste
2 cup water or broth
2 tsp. cornstarch/1 tbsp. water slurry
1 tbsp. oil - I used peanut oil
Cook noodles according to package instructions.
In a pan on medium to medium high heat add oil, minced garlic
and ginger and diced onions. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add in black bean paste, stir and cook for a couple minutes.
Add in potatoes, stir, add in rest of veggies and stir.
Add water/broth and sugar, stir, bring up to simmer and cook
for 10 minutes or until veggies are tender.
At end add slurry in slowly to get thick consistancy.
Serve over noodles or rice.
Enjoy.

How to Make Easy Basic Chicken Noodle Soup ~ When You are Sick Soup Recipe
INGREDIENTS
2 cups cooked diced chicken
10 cups chicken broth
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced carrots
1 minced clove of garlic
1/8 tsp. or sprinkle of thyme
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley - optional
salt and black pepper
oil
In a pan on medium heat add a little oil, onions, celery, carrots
and salt and pepper.
Stir and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add garlic and thyme. Stir and cook for one minute.
Slowly add chicken broth and turn up heat to bring to simmer.
Cover and cook for 20-30 minutes.
Add cooked chicken and noodles. Stir and cook for
10 minutes.
Enjoy.

How to Make The Best Chinese Chicken Vermicelli ~ Chinese Stir Fry Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 package of vermicelli noodles - I used a handful for a serving
2 eggs
onions
carrots
mushrooms
green garden onions
bell peppers
4-5 cloves minced garlic
1/4 tsp. minced ginger
1-2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
oil
Chicken prep:
1 pound of chicken breast cut into small slices
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. rice vinegar or Shao Hsing rice wine
1 medium egg white
PREP:
In a bowl add sliced chicken, soy sauce, vinegar and egg white.
Mix until combined, cover and set to the side while you prep
the vegetables and preheat the wok/pan.
In a bowl pour very hot water over vermicelli noodles and let
soak for 15-20 minutes, drain and then rinse with cold water.
Julienne all vegetables
In a pan on medium heat add some oil and beaten eggs.
Stir, chop and cook for 2-3 minutes until cooked and in small
pieces. Remove from the pan.
In a pan on high heat add some oil and chicken.
Spread out and let cook for 20-30 seconds before stirring.
Stir and cook for 3-5 minutes until done. Remove from the pan.
In a pan on high heat add vegetables and stir for 1-2 minutes.
Add garlic and ginger. Stir and cook for 30 more seconds.
Add back in the vermicelli, eggs, chicken, green onions,
soy sauce and oyster sauce.
Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until well combined and
vermicelli is aldente.
Enjoy.

1 pound of Lo Mein Noodle - makes 2 wok servings
or spaghetti/linguini/fettucini
Oil for wok
Vegetables I used: (split between two servings)
Onions
Bell Peppers
Carrots
Bamboo shoots
Cabbage/Bok Choy
Green onions
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. grated ginger
Sauce:
3 tbsp. chicken broth/vegetable broth/water
2 - 3 tbsp. light soy sauce
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1/4 tsp. sesame oil
Marinade for chicken:

Thai Inspired Udon Noodle Stir Fry Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 package of udon noodles
1/4 to 1/2 pound ground beef
sliced onions
sliced bokchoy - tops and bottoms
1 to 1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
diced red chili peppers - optional
chopped fresh green onions
chopped fresh Thai basil or basil
1 lime - a little zest and juice
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp. grated ginger
1 tsp. red chili in oil - optional
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. fish sauce
2 tsp. black vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
In a wok or pan on medium high heat brown and chop
ground beef for 2-3 minutes.
Add minced garlic and ginger, stir and cook for 1 minute.
Add onions, bottom of bokchoy, red bell peppers and
red chili peppers. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add soy sauce, black vinegar, fish sauce, chili paste
(optional) and lime juice. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
Add lime zest, tops of bok choy, bean sprouts and green
onions. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add udon noodles. Stir and cook for 1 minute or until
noodles are heated through.
Serve immediately.
Enjoy.

Easy Chicken Broccoli Noodle Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
1 package of pasta or noodles - undercooked by 1-2 minutes
1-2 pounds cubed chicken thighs or breasts
1 cup diced onion
1 cup sliced leeks - sometimes I use celery
1 cup diced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups grated cheese - mozzarella and cheddar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. thyme
3-4 cloves minced garlic
salt and pepper
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley or 1 tbsp. dried
pinch cayenne pepper - optional
1 cup cauliflower (approx.)
1 cup broccoli (approx.)
oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cook egg noodles/pasta according to package and
undercook by 1-2 minutes.
In a pan on medium high add oil, onions, leeks and
salt and pepper. Stir and cook 1 minute.
Add mushrooms and minced garlic. Stir and cook 1 minute.
Add chicken pieces, stir and cook for 5 minutes or
until no longer pink. Turn off heat.
In a large bowl add cream of chicken, cream of mushroom,
and sour cream. Stir.
Add spices and stir.
Add chicken, veggies and juices, broccoli and noodles.
Give gentle but thorough stir.
Place in a greased baking dish and level.
Cover and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with cheese.
Bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes or until
cheese is melted.
Let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
Enjoy.

In this recipe video I show you how to make Amish beef and chicken pot pie from start to finish. The homemade pot pie noodles are doughy, eggy, rich and delicious. This is another recipe from the Pennsylvania Dutch Amish country. Not the typical meat pie with a crust but a stew like dish with a rich meat broth, veggies and wonderful homemade egg noodles called Pot Pie.

Steamed Chinese Dumplings
