How to Make Easy Basic Chicken Noodle Soup ~ When You are Sick Soup Recipe
INGREDIENTS
2 cups cooked diced chicken
10 cups chicken broth
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced carrots
1 minced clove of garlic
1/8 tsp. or sprinkle of thyme
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley - optional
salt and black pepper
oil
In a pan on medium heat add a little oil, onions, celery, carrots
and salt and pepper.
Stir and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add garlic and thyme. Stir and cook for one minute.
Slowly add chicken broth and turn up heat to bring to simmer.
Cover and cook for 20-30 minutes.
Add cooked chicken and noodles. Stir and cook for
10 minutes.
Enjoy.
