Asian Chicken Meatballs Recipe for Snacks Soups & Stir Fry
Whenever you want a quick burst of Asian flavor, you can make these easy Asian chicken meatballs. These chicken meatballs are great as a snack or in soup or stir fry. They freeze really well! Asian Chinese Chicken Meatballs Recipe INGREDIENTS: 1 pound ground chicken 1 large egg white 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. cooking wine 1-2 chopped green onions 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. white pepper 1 clove minced garlic 1 tsp. minced ginger 1/2 tbsp. sesame oil *Put above ingredients in a food processor and pulse/process for a minute to get the ingredients fully incorporated. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours or overnight. Form into meatballs..I make about a quarter size. Put on lined baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees Farenheit for 15-20 minutes depending on the size of the meatballs. Enjoy.
