Crispy Fried CHICKEN WINGS Recipe ~ THE BEST!
This is how I season and make CRISPY fried chicken wings. The chicken wings are nice and crispy, full of flavor and tender inside. Easy recipe. THE BEST recipe! LOL! Enjoy. #chickenwings #friedchickenwings #tesscooks4u #chickendinner #recipes #cooking The BEST CRISPY CHICKEN WINGS Recipe INGREDIENTS 5-10 wings cleaned, dried and tips cut off 1 large egg white oil for frying 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. white or black pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. celery salt 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper COATING: 1 cup cornstarch 1/3 cup flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. white or black pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. onion powder Coat chicken with seasonings and egg white. Mix thoroughly until chicken is coated. Marinate for 30 minutes. Shake off excess liquid on wings and place in seasoned cornstarch/flour mixture. Coat thoroughly and press into chicken pieces. Shake off excess. Let rest for 20-30 minutes. Bring oil to 350 degrees Farenheit. Place chicken wings into oil. Fry for 10-12 minutes depending on size of wings. Flip the wings 2-4 times during cooking so they evenly cook. Remove from oil and drain on a wire rack. Serve as is or coat with your favorite sauce. Enjoy! *****************************************
