oil

Marinade:
4 cups buttermilk

2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. onion powder

Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup Gochujang
1/3 cup honey (you can adjust to your liking)
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. sesame oil (you can add 2 tsp. to taste)
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tsp.  minced ginger
Mix above ingredients in a saucepan on med high heat.
Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer and cook 3-5 minutes
until slightly thickened.

Mix marinade ingredients together in a large bowl.
Add chicken and marinate for at least 2-4 hours, overnight
is better.
Remove chicken and drain excess marinade.
Cover chicken pieces in cornstarch.
Fry in 375 degree oil for 7-10 minutes or until done and
golden brown. Remove and drain on wire rack.

In a large bowl add warm chicken wings, pour Korean sauce
over chicken and gently toss.

Serving over a bed of shredded cabbage, topping with
