Slow Cooker Recipes by Tess Cooks4u https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=REdTP... ***************************************** Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Chicken - Crock Pot Chicken Recipe INGREDIENTS: 2 pounds cubed boneless chicken 1 lg diced onion 1 lg diced bell pepper 1 cup pineapple with 1/4 cup juice 1 cup carrots 1 can rinsed and drained water chestnuts slurry - 1 tbsp. cornstarch and water Sauce: 3 tbsp. brown sugar 4 tbsp. ketchup 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/3 cup red wine vinegar 1 tsp. minced ginger 1 tsp. minced garlic In slow cooker add sauce ingredients, pineapple and vegetables. Give a stir. Add in chicken and stir. Place on lid, cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low setting for 6-7 hours. Right before done add water chestnuts and slurry. Place on lid and cook on high for another 15-20 minutes. Served with steamed jasmine rice.
