Asian Recipes by Tess Cooks4u https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-YIct... ***************************************** The Best Chinese House Special Fried Rice INGREDIENTS: 1 cup sliced beef 1 cup sliced chicken 12-18 shrimp - cleaned 2 eggs whites whisked (save yolks) 3 tsp. cornstarch *Divide egg whites evenly between meats. Add 1 tsp. cornstarch to each meat. Mix each one well and let rest for 10 minutes. Cook meats individually. On high heat add oil to pan. Add meat and let set for 10-15 seconds before stirring. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes until meat is done. Remove from pan and set to the side. *2 egg yolks plus 1 large egg - add oil to medium heat pan. Add eggs, cook and chop into little pieces. Remove from pan. 4 cups cooked jasmine rice 4-5 cloves minced garlic 4-5 garden onions - whites and greens separated 1/4 cup diced carrots 1/4 cup diced bell pepper 1/2 cup peas 1-2 chopped red chilies - optional 1 tsp. mushroom dark soy sauce - I use Pearl River 1-2 tbsp. oyster sauce oil - I use avocado oil In medium high heat pan add minced garlic and whites of garden onions. Cook and stir for 15 seconds. Add diced carrots and bell peppers. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add red chilies - optional. Add rice, meats, eggs, oyster sauce and dark soy sauce. Cook and stir to combine. Add in chopped green onions. Give final stir and serve.
