Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add ground beef, cook and chop until no longer pink. Add minced garlic and seasonings. Cook and stir until combined for about 1 minute. Add water and tomato sauce. Stir, bring to simmer and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Store in lidded container in refrigerator. Freezes well!
