Mexican Recipes by Tess Cooks4u https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LqYrW... ***************************************** CHORIZO TACOS & BURRITOS USING WALMART BEEF CHORIZO - CINCO DE MAYO RECIPE INGREDIENTS: 1 pound Chorizo - pork or beef 1/4 cup finely diced onion 1 small finely diced potato taco shells flour tortillas toppings of your choice In a skillet on medium heat add chorizo and cook for 5-7 minutes or until done. For the burritos, in the same skillet, add a little oil and the potatoes. Cook and stir for 4-5 minutes or until start to get golden brown. Add onions and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the potatoes and onions are tender. Assemble the tacos and burritos and Enjoy!
