The Best HOMEMADE No Churn Peach Ice Cream
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups heavy whipping cream- whipped until stiff peaks form
1 - 14ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
*Mix sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Incorporate whipped cream by adding
1/3 and folding in. Add remaining whipped cream and gently fold in.
PEACHES:
3 fresh peaches peeled, diced and cubed
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of salt
*Simmer and stir for 5-8 minutes or until peaches are tender and a the
sauce has thickened.
Remove from heat and totally cool. Refrigerate to chill.
In metal loaf pan add 1/2 of ice cream and level out.
Spoon on 1/2 of peaches and sauce. Swirl in.
Add remaining ice cream and level out.
Spoon on remaining peaches and sauce and swirl in.
Cover and freeze for 4 hours.
Enjoy.
