How to Make Doritos Taco Salad

INGREDIENTS:
1 medium head chopped lettuce
1 large diced tomato
1/4 cup finely diced onion or green onions
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1 cup kidney or pinto beans
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
10 ounce bag crumbled Dorito Nacho Cheese Chips
1 cup Catalina dressing

Taco Meat:
1 pound ground beef
1 packet Taco seasoning
2/3 cup water
*Brown and chop beef until no longer pink. Drain fat if needed.
Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until water absorbed - about 20-30 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
Pour over salad or refrigerate until ready.

Enjoy.
