How To Make Easy Homemade Hamburger Gravy and Biscuits Recipe
This Homemade Hamburger Gravy over Biscuits recipe is sooooo easy, quick and delicious. You can have this hamburger gravy ready in 30 minutes or less. Serve over biscuits, noodles, rice, potatoes, toast or waffles. Enjoy.

How To Make Easy Hamburger Gravy over Biscuits
INGREDIENTS:
1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
3 tbsp. flour
2 cups water/chicken/beef broth
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup frozen peas
salt and black pepper to taste
In a skillet on medium heat add ground beef and spread out.
Let cook for a minute to form a brown crust and then cook and stir
until no longer pink.
Leave 3-4 tbsp. fat in pan. Add flour and stir and cook for one minute.
Add broth slowly, stir and bring up to a simmer.
Add onion soup mix , can of cream of mushroom soup and black pepper.
Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add Worcestershire sauce and any additional seasonings.
Add frozen peas.
Cook and stir for 1-2 more minutes or until peas heated through.
Serve.
Enjoy.
