***************************************** How To Make Creamy Gruyere Cheese Augratin Potatoes Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes INGREDIENTS: 4 cups peeled and thinly sliced russet potatoes 8 ounce grated Gruyere Swiss cheese plus for the top Grated Parmesan cheese 1 1/2 cups milk 3 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. flour 2-3 tbsp. minced onion 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. to 1/4 tsp. black pepper Use greased baking dish. Layer potatoes, pinch of salt, grated parmesan cheese and sauce. You should have two layers. Bake at 350 degrees Farenheit for total of 1 hour. After 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle top with grated cheese. Cook for an additional 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Cool for 15 to 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy.
