Beef Stew Stir Fry Recipe ~ ALL The Flavor of Beef Stew!
This is a different stir fry recipe using ground beef and lots of vegetables. Tonight I made a beef stew stir fry that has all the flavor and comfort of beef stew but less cooking time. Enjoy. #stirfry #beefstew #tesscooks4u #beefstirfry #recipes #cooking #food BEEF STEW STIR FRY RECIPES ~ ALL THE FLAVORS OF BEEF STEW! INGREDIENTS: 1 pound ground beef 1 medium diced onion 1/2 diced yellow bell pepper 4 large sliced mushrooms 4 cloves minced garlic salt and black pepper *Brown ground beef and add onions, bell peppers and mushrooms. Cook and stir 5-7 minutes. Add salt, black pepper and minced garlic. Cook and stir one minute and remove from pan. 1 large sliced carrot 2 large sliced celery stalks 1 1/2 cups cleaned and halved brussels sprouts 3-4 diced plum tomatoes 1/2 cup water 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/2 tsp. rosemary 1/2 tsp. parsley 1/4 tsp. black pepper salt and black pepper In same pan on medium heat add carrots and celery. Cook and stir 2 minutes. Add brussels sprouts, cook and stir 3-4 minutes. Add plum tomatoes, cook and stir 2-3 minutes. Add water, cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add spices, cook and stir for 1 minute. Sauce: 1 cup beef broth - I used 1 tsp. better than bouillon beef 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. red wine or red cooking wine 2 tsp. cornstarch *Mix well Add sauce to pan with vegetables. Turn heat up to bring to simmer. Stir and simmer for 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add meat and other vegetables back into the pan, stir and serve. Enjoy. #chickenwings #chinesechicken #tesscooks4u #chinesechickenwings #spicychickenwings #stickychickenwings #recipes #cooking #food Chinese Chicken Wings Recipe ~ Chinese Spicy Sticky Chicken Wings INGREDIENTS: CHICKEN MARINADE: 1 1/2 to 2 pounds chicken wings/drumettes 2 tbsp. oil 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. five spice powder 1/4 tsp. white pepper 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. sugar *Mix above ingredients and marinate for 2-8 hours. Bake at for 400 degrees Farenheit 40 minutes. Flip halfway. CHINESE SAUCE: 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup light soy sauce 2 Tbsp. honey 2 Tbsp. Shaoxing/ Chinese cooking wine 2 Tbsp. Hoison Sauce 1 Tbsp. Chili Garlic Sauce or Sambal 2 tsp. sesame oil 1 Tbsp. minced garlic 1 Tbsp. minced ginger *Bring ingredients to low simmer. Cook and stir for approx 10 minutes or until reduced and thickened. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes. Spoon Chinese sauce over cooked chicken wings. Coat thoroughly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve immediately. BEEF and CABBAGE CASSEROLE RECIPE
This beef and cabbage rustic casserole is easy, comforting and affordable. Will feed a hungry family. Enjoy. #beefcabbagecasserole #casserolerecipes #cabbagerecipes #tesscooks4u #recipes #cooking #food Beef and Cabbage Casserole Recipe INGREDIENTS: 5 cups diced cabbage 1 1/2 to 2 pounds ground beef 1 medium diced onion 2 diced carrots 1/2 cup diced bell peppers 1/2 cup uncooked rice - I used jasmine rice 1 1/2 cups beef broth 1 - 28oz can diced tomatoes 3 cloves minced garlic 1 tsp. oregano salt and black pepper In skillet on med high heat brown and chop ground beef until no longer pink. Add onions, carrots and minced garlic. Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes. Turn off heat. In bowl add meat mixture, uncooked rice, diced tomatoes and spices. Mix well. Add diced cabbage and mix well. Add ingredients to baking dish. Pour over beef broth. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees Farenheit for 1 hour. Remove from oven, add bell peppers, stir well, return to oven and bake for 30-45 more minutes or until cabbage is tender. Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
