Ricotta Dumplings in a Chicken Broth Soup

Something a little different tonite. A ricotta dumpling in a rich homemade chicken broth. Topped with fresh parsley, chopped green onions and grated  Asiago cheese. Dessert was a triple squash custard with a sugared pecan topping.

Turned out better than expected.
