Marinated thin sliced chicken in rice vinegar, soy sauce, egg whites and corn starch.
Stir fry with carrots, broccoli, onions, water chestnuts and red chilies. Sauce of chicken
broth, hoison sauce, soy sauce, black vinegar, rice vinegar, honey, garlic and sesame oil.
