Just going in the oven. Chicken quarters (.39c/pd) skinned in tomato sauce/crushed tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, spinach, celery, mushrooms, lots sliced garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, black pepper.....and I think that is it. Keeping the spices mild.. Like a chicken cacciatorie. Not sure if I want pasta or rice. Also have a bag of "vegetable of the day blend" from Hanover veggies on the side.. Will grab a pic if I can.

Italian Chicken Cacciatore Going In the Oven
Tonite is something like a chicken cacciatore. Just throwing some stuff together..
Just going in the oven.
