Happy St Patty's Day!
This Pistachio Pudding Delight dessert recipe is easy, yummy and refreshing. With St Patrick's day coming this would be a great green dessert for the table. Topped with chopped pistachio nuts. If you like pistachios you will love this dessert. Enjoy.
Pistachio Delight Pudding Salad Dessert Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
2 boxes Instant pistachio pudding
4 cups cold milk
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 large can drained fruit cocktail
2 cups cool whip
pistachio nuts
Mix pistachio pudding according to box instructions.
Refrigerate for one hour.
Add mini marshmallows, drained fruit cocktail and
cool whip.
Mix well to combine and refrigerate for a
minimum of one hour....overnight better.
Top with chopped pistachio nuts.
Enjoy.
