How to Make Shrimp Fried Rice ~ Chinese Wok Cooking Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 pound 16/20 shrimp - peeled and cleaned
3 cups cooked day old jasmine rice
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup mixed frozen peas and carrots
3-4 chopped garden onions - whites and green
1-2 tbsp. dark soy sauce OR regular/LS soy sauce
1/4 tsp. sesame oil OR to taste
2 tsp. minced garlic or to taste
stir fry oil
