Roasted Whole Red Snapper

Tonight we had roasted red snapper. Filled inside with garden onions, fresh parsley and some sliced garlic. Made some slits on top and filled with garlic and lemon slices. Seasoned with sea salt, white pepper and some EVVO. Placed on top of tomato slices and surrounded with remaining ingredients and bok choy. Baked at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Very good.
