Slow Cooker Recipes by Tess Cooks4u https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=REdTP... ***************************************** Slow Cooker Asian Sesame Beef ~ Easy Crock Pot Beef Dinner Recipe INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 TO 2 pds cubed beef - London Broil or Chuck Roast salt and black pepper 1/4 cup cornstarch 1 cup diced onions 1 small diced bell peppers 1 to 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms 1/2 cup sliced carrots Sauce: 1 cup beef broth 1/2 cup light soy sauce 2 tbsp. sesame oil 3/4 cup brown or white sugar 1 tbsp. minced garlic 1 tsp. minced ginger pinch of red pepper flakes In a bowl season beef cubes with salt, black pepper and cornstarch. Add seasoned beef and remainder of cornstarch to crock pot. Add vegetables and pour sauce over top. Stir lightly.
