Rinse in cold water to clean. Bring water to boil. Add bok choy into steamer and steam for 3-4 minutes or to desired tenderness. Chinese Spicy Orange Sauce: 1/3 cup fresh orange juice zest of one orange 1 tbsp. honey 2 chopped red chili peppers 1 tbsp. Shao Xing Wine 2 tbsp. light soy sauce 1/4 cup water 1 1/2 tsp. corn starch *Mix above ingredients well 1 tbsp. oil 3-4 cloves sliced garlic 1 tsp. chopped ginger In a pan on medium heat add oil, sliced garlic and minced ginger. Cook and stir for 30 seconds and then add sauce. Turn heat up to medium high and bring to a simmer. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat. Chinese SAUCE: 1/2 cup water 1 tbsp. light soy sauce 1 tbsp. Shao Xing wine 1 tbsp. oyster sauce 1 tsp. sesame oil 1/4 tsp. white pepper 1 1/2 tsp. corn starch *Mix above ingredients 1 tbsp. oil 3-4 cloves minced garlic In a pan on medium heat add oil and minced garlic. Cook and stir for 30 seconds and then add sauce. Turn heat up to medium high and bring to a simmer. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
