Recipe INGREDIENTS: 2-3 leftover cooked hamburgers - crumbled into tiny pieces 1 small diced onion 1 cup diced bell peppers 8 oz sliced mushrooms 1/2 cup peas 3 tbsp. flour 2-3 cups beef broth 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. onion powder salt and black pepper In a skillet on medium heat add butter, onions, bell peppers and mushrooms. Stir. Add salt and black pepper. Cook and stir for about 5 minutes or until the mushrooms release their moisture. Add flour, stir and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add 2 cups of broth. Turn heat up to medium high to bring to simmer. Cook and stir until thicken. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic and onion powder. Taste test and add any other seasonings. Cook and stir for one minute. Add crumbled burgers and more broth if needed. Bring up to simmer and cook for 15 minutes. Add peas, stir and cook for 1 minute. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, noodles, etc.....it's all good!
