INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground beef
1 small minced - finely diced onion
2 cups water
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. tomato paste
salt and pepper to taste if needed

In a cold pan add ground beef and water. Break up the beef
until fine.
Turn heat on to medium to bring up to simmer. 
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
Simmer for 20-30 minutes or until the liquid reduces and the
sauce thickens.
Enjoy.

How to Make Chinese Garlic Chicken ~ Chinese Stir Fry Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound of cubed chicken breast or thighs
1 cup or handful of diced bell peppers
1 cup or handful of mini corns
1 cup or handful of diced onions
3 garden onions - chopped with whites and greens separated
2-3 cloves garlic - sliced or chopped
Tsang classic stir fry sauce
Tsang stir fry oil - garlic infused
peanut oil

Chicken marinade:
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. corn starch
Mix together with chicken and let rest for 20 minutes

In a hot wok/skillet add peanut oil and chicken.
Cook and stir until chicken is done and remove.

Add Tsang's stir fry oil in a medium high wok/skillet.
Add onions. Stir and cook for one minute.
Add garlic. Stir and cook for one minute.
Add baby corn and bell peppers. Stir and cook for
2 minutes.
Add chicken and juices back in wok. Stir and cook for
1 minute.
Add some green onions and Tsan'gs classic sauce.
Stir and cook for 1 minute.

Serve with rice noodles or jasmine rice.
Enjoy.

How to Make Chicken Barley Soup ~ Power Souping!

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cooked cubed chicken
10 cups chicken broth
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced plum tomatoes
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup medium pearled barley
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. dried marjoram
1 tsp. savory - or poultry seasoning or sage
salt and black pepper
oil

In a soup pan on medium heat add oil, onions,
celery, carrots and salt and black pepper.
Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes.
Add mushrooms and tomatoes. Stir and cook for
2-3 more minutes.
Add minced garlic, parsley, thyme, marjoram and
savory. Stir and cook for one minute.
Add chicken broth. Bring up to a simmer.
Add barley and stir. Partially cover and cook
for 40-50 minutes stirring occasionally.
Taste for any additional seasonings.
Add cooked chicken, stir and cook for 10 more
minutes.
Enjoy.

Pennsylvania Dutch Shoofly Pie ~ Holiday Baked Pie Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 unbaked pie crust

Filling and crumbles:
1 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter or shortening

Filling:
3/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup light karo syrup
1 egg
pinch cinnamon
pinch nutmeg
1 cup boiling water
1 tsp. baking soda

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a bowl mix flour, brown sugar and cut in butter until
crumbs. Take out half of mixture and set to the side.

To the crumbs in the bowl add corn syrup, molasses,
pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg and egg. Stir until incorporated.

Heat one cup of water to boil. Add baking soda and stir.
Add water to batter and stir.

Pour batter into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle remainder of
crumbs on top.
Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes until set and firm.
Enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 to 3/4 cup favorite Kimchi
1 garden onion
Palm full of fresh bean sprouts
2 eggs
1 small mashed garlic clove
salt and pepper if needed
1-2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

In a small skillet on medium heat add oil and whites of
garden onion. Stir and cook for one minute.
Add garlic, stir and cook for 30 seconds.
Add kimchi, stir and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Make a well in the middle as best you can.
Add a little green onion, eggs, a little more green
onion on top, turn heat down to low, cover and cook for
3-4 minutes or until the eggs are done to your liking.
Sprinkle top with rest of green onions and enjoy!

1 pound 16/20 shrimp - peeled and cleaned
3 cups cooked day old jasmine rice
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup mixed frozen peas and carrots
3-4 chopped garden onions - whites and green
1-2 tbsp. dark soy sauce OR regular/LS soy sauce
1/4 tsp. sesame oil OR to taste

How to Make Easy Cajun Fish Creole

INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds Haddock
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced bell peppers
1/2 minced seeded jalapeno - optional OR you can
use red pepper flakes
1 tbsp. minced garlic
4 smashed anchovies with a little oil
1- 6.5oz. can chopped minced clams with juice
2 tsp. tomato paste
4 diced garden onions - whites and greens separated
1 28oz can diced tomatoes
2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 heaping tsp. Cajun spice
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2-3 tbsp. olive oil
salt and black pepper

In a pan on medium heat add olive oil, onions, celery
bell peppers, jalapeno pepper (optional), salt and pepper.
Stir and cook for 4-5 minutes or until the veggies are soft.

Add minced garlic, anchovies/oil, tomato paste and whites
of garden onions. Stir and cook for an additional minute.

Add minced clams and juice and diced tomatoes.
Stir well.

Add sugar, Worcestershire sauce and Cajun seasonings.
Stir and bring up to a simmer.
Cook for 15 minutes. You can add some water or broth if
needed.

Add parsley, green onions and fish. Stir and cook
at a simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until the fish is
cooked through and flaky.

Serve with rice or noodles.
Enjoy.

Roasted Whole Red Snapper

Tonight we had roasted red snapper. Filled inside with garden onions, fresh parsley and some sliced garlic. Made some slits on top and filled with garlic and lemon slices. Seasoned with sea salt, white pepper and some EVVO. Placed on top of tomato slices and surrounded with remaining ingredients and bok choy. Baked at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Very good.

INGREDIENTS:
3-4 pounds of chicken
2- 14 oz cans/bags of your favorite sauerkraut
1 small slice onion
1 cup of diced carrots or mini carrots
1 sliced apple
salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. celery seed

In a baking dish add everything except chicken. Give a stir.
Place chicken on top.
Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, turn chicken, recover and bake an additional
30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Serve over mashed potatoes or baked potatoes.
Enjoy.

The Best Homemade Beef Vegetable Soup ~ Power Soup Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
3-5 pound beef roast - I used a chuck roast
2 cups beef broth
8 cups water
1 29oz can diced tomatoes
1 large diced onion
2-3 diced celery stalks
1 cup diced carrots
2 cups diced cabbage
1 bag corn
1 bag peas
1 bag lima beans
2 cups diced fresh green beans
2 cups diced potatoes
1 small can white beans or kidney beans
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. thyme
1/4 cup chopped parsley or 1 tsp. dried parsley
2 bay leaves
salt and black pepper
oil for searing

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Season beef roast with salt and black pepper on
both sides. Sear in med high pan on both sides
for 2-3 minutes. Place in soup pot or roasting
pan.
Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours until meat is almost fork
tender and then add beans/potatoes and bake for
another 30 minutes.
Remove from oven. Remove beef roast and let
rest for 15 minutes. Shred beef and return
to pan. Stir until combined.
Enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:
1 pd. of cubed chicken thighs or breasts
1 diced small sweet onion
2 cups sliced zucchini
1 cup sliced mushrooms
4 chopped garden onions - whites and greens
whole or chopped chili peppers
1 tsp. hot chili oil

CHICKEN MARINADE:
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Marinate chicken for 15-20 minutes

SAUCE:
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. rice vinegar or Shao Hxing wine
2 tbsp. ketchup
3-4 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp. sugar or honey
1 tsp+ sriracha sauce
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together
